Once you have cooked all the chicken, place it in a dish and keep in the oven at around 100 degress to keep it warm and crispy. Add the chinese oil to a wok or frying pan and get it nice and hot, add the onions, 3/4 of the peppers, half the leek, the chilli and all the spring onion. stir fry for about a minute and a half, and put to one side. To a small pan add 2 tbsp of clear honey, 4 tbsp garlic paste, 2 tbsp chinese five spice, 4 tbsp of sweet chilli dipping sauce and a small splash of soy sauce. Heat this and taste. Add ingredients to your own personal taste. Once this is done, put the sauce in with the pan of stir fried veg and keep it on a low heat. Put your medium egg noodles on to boil and when they are done drain them and leave them to one side. Add chinese oil and a pinch of five spice to a wok or frying pan and add the remaining peppers and leeks. Add some garlic paste and stir fry for 45 seconds. Add the noodles to the pan and continue to fry while adding soy sauce for another minute and a half. Once this is done, you are ready to serve. Serving Place the noodles onto a plate and put the battered chicken on top. Then simply spoon the vegetables and sauce over the top and serve immedately. The most time consuming thing about this dish is frying the chicken in batter from fresh, but it is an awesome dish and is well worth trying. Guaranteed to impress friends who are round for tea.
