easy breakfast sausage crepes

basic crepes filled with a breakfast sausage drizzled with thinned orange marmalade, rolled,stacked and topped with more thinned orange marmalade(sprinkled powdered sugar optional)Always a hit for breakfast or as an appetizer.
 

Ingredients:

1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 stick margerine
1 link link sausage
1 jar orange marmalade
 

Preparation:

make basic crepe recipe...plan on 1-2 crepes/person. very simple. make small crepes 5" diameter...cook sausages(either precooked or cook yourself)...thin marmalade with water (1 tbsp./6 oz)...put a sausage in a crepe,drizzle with marmalade...wrap the ends over sausage and roll sausage in crepe...put on platter. Make as many s you need in the same way and stack them. Drizzle remaining heated marmalade over the stack and serve. ( May be reheated in Microwave for about 30 seconds to keep hot)
