Ingredients:

3 tablespoons flour
8 tablespoons sugar
18 ounces milk -- or lowfat milk
2 large egg yolks
1 teaspoon lemon -- zest of
1 bunch grapes -- for garnish
 

Preparation:

In small pot heat ingredients, whisking gentle until thick. Pour into 4 small bowls and cool. When cool, top with fresh seedless grapes. Garnish with fresh mint and grape leaf and sprinkle with confectioner's suga
