From: HungryMonster.com
Serves: 1

Ingredients:

3 pieces chicken breasts -- or 4 (boneless is best but not necessary)
1 bottle bar-b-que sauce -- your favorite
1 crust pizza crust -- your own or prepared
1 cup cheese -- mozzarella and cheddar
1 cup chopped onions and bell pepper -- mushrooms and any
1 cup any other veggies you want
1 bottle ranch dressing
1/2 teaspoon garlic -- fresh or powder

Preparation:

Brown the chicken in a skillet, then pour sauce over. Cover the skillet, lower heat to simmer and allow to cook for up to an hour or until chicken is fall apart tender. Allow to cool enough to handle. Sprinkle fresh garlic or powder over crust. Pour some sauce over crust. Shred chicken and spread over the crust with the sauce from the skillet. Sprinkle chopped onion and bell pepper over top. Pour desired amount of ranch Dressing over and spread. Top with cheese. Bake at º350 to º400 until crust is brown and cheese is bubbly. Serve with salad. Note: Beef pizza is great too and is made by substituting chicken with either browned hamburger or steak. If using steak, a cheap cut is fine. Cook it the same way you would the chicken and proceed from there.
