Preparation:
Place all ingredients in bowl. Attach bowl and wire whip. Turn to speed 6 and whip 30 seconds. Stop and scrape bowl. Turn to speed 6 and whip 15 seconds, or until smooth.
Slowly heat greased griddle or heavy skillet. Using 2 tablespoons batter for each pancake, drop onto griddle. Cook until bubbles form on surface and edges become dry. Turn and cook until golden brown on underside. serve immediately. |
