mikey's spicy and salty beer pickles

Serves: 10 quarts
the reason i call this beer pickles is because after you eat some you will want to slam a cold one.
 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup apple cider vineger
2 pieces ginger
2 medium hot peppers
1 pieces garlic
3 pieces peppercorns
1 pieces dill
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoons sugar
1 medium cucumbers
 

Preparation:

two and one half cups water,one and one half cup of apple cider vinegar. bring to a boil. add one and one half cups of salt,tablespoon of dill,half cup of sugar. In quart jars add two hot peppers, split. 10-15 peppercorns,clove of garlic,and onions or carrots if you like. Slice cucumbers and fill jars, add liquid and let set for two days. Good eats.....
