Preparation:
Saute chicken sausage in oil over medium heat until browned and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Remove, slice into small pieces and set aside.
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. Bake pizza crusts on cookie sheet for 5 minutes and remove.
Spread dijon mustard over pizza crust and top with 2 tbsp of crushed fruit. Arrange sausage pieces evenly over fruit and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with green onions and serve. |
