Preparation:
*(I guess this is granulated) Pour Basic Pancake batter into well-buttered
10" to 12" skillet and bake as directed Meanwhile, melt butter in small
skillet. Add apples and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar and the spices.
Slowly cook over low heat, turning occasionally, until glazed and tender,
about 10 minutes. When pancake is baked slip out of pan onto a warm serving
platter. Spoon apples into the center and serve immediately. Pass the
sugar (powdered). |
