this recipe has a high nutritive value. it is eaten fresh with fried beef or chicken. **very yummy**
 

Ingredients:

2 medium tomato
1 large cucmber
1 Tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
1 Teaspoon fresh chopped mint leaves
3 pieces shreded lettuce leaves
1/2 medium white onion
2 Teaspoon olive oil
2 Teaspoon fresh lemon juice
 

Preparation:

1/ cut the tomato and cucumber into medium size cubes 2/ in large bowl mix all the ingrediants together 3/ cut on the onion into thin slices and add on the top
