CREAMED CORN CASSEROLE

CROSS BETWEEN CORN SOUFFLE AND SLIGHTLY SWEET CORN PUDDING. ESPECIALLY GREAT FOR PICKY KIDS.
 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup MELTED BUTTER
2 large EGGS, BEATEN
8 1/2 ounces CORN BREAD/MUFFIN MIX
15 ounces WHOLE KERNEL CORN, DRAINED
14 3/4 ounces CREAM STYLE CORN
1 cup SOUR CREAM
 

Preparation:

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. LIGHTLY GREASE 9X9 BAKING DISH 1. IN MEDIUM BOWL COMBINE: BUTTER, EGGS, CORN BREAD MIX, WHOLE AND CREAMED CORN AND SOUR CREAM. 2. SPOON INTO PREPARED BAKING DISH. 3. BAKE FOR 45 MINUTES UNTIL LIGHT GOLDEN BROWN.
