Chile Con Queso (Queso Con Rajas De Chile)

Ingredients:

1 cup asadero cheese
4 ounces jalapenos -- fresh, seeded,
4 ounces poblanos -- fresh, deveined,
1/4 cup half and half
2 tablespoons onion -- finely chopped
2 teaspoons cumin -- ground
1/2 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation:

Heat all ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese is melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
