Ingredients:

4 pounds meat, pork, beef or chicken
12 ounces cheap beer, like Lone Star
2 medium limes -- juice of
3 tablespoons olive or canola oil
3 cloves garlic - pureed
1 tablespoon each: cumin -- chili powder,
3 medium habanero peppers pureed - optional
 

Preparation:

Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Grill over mesquite coals until done to your liking. Slice meat at a 45 degree angle to the grain of the meat. Source:
