Tea Smoked Chicken Breast

Ingredients:

---STRONG TEA SMOKING MIXTURE---
1/2 cup long-grain rice
1/4 cup loose black tea
3 tablespoons brown sugar
20 ounces boneless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation:

Combine salt and sugar in a bowl. Rub into the chicken. Cover a refrigerate overnight. Smoke for 30 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or cold.
