Grilled Swordfish Steaks

Ingredients:

4 fillets swordfish steaks
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons margarine -- melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
 

Preparation:

Marinate fish 5 minutes per side in teriyaki sauce. Prepare grill and spray grill with a non-stick coating. Grill fish over medium coals 5-6 minutes per side, basting frequently with melted margarine. Season with garlic powder. Check fish for flakiness when done.
