East Indian Special (Tope)

Ingredients:

1 kilogram mutton -- (wash and cut in pieces)
1/2 kilogram onions
2 medium sour limes
1 bunch curry leaves
2 tablespoons bottle masala
---grind---
1 pieces ginger
2 pieces cinnamon
6 pieces cardamoms
6 whole cloves
1 cloves garlic
4 medium green chillies
1/4 kilogram poha -- (beaten rice)
 

Preparation:

Fry onions golden brown. Add ground masala and fry well. Add mutton and curry leaves and salt to taste. Add 1 tbsp bottle masala and pressure cook till mutton is tender. Remove mutton from gravy and add 1 tbsp bottle masala boil 3 cubed potatoes till tender. Add the mutton back to the gravy add sour lime juice and a handful of chopped corriander. Add poha and serve gamished with chopped corriander. This can be served as a substitute for rice. If desired this gravy can be served with boiled rice or pulav.
