Ingredients:

4 large tiger prawns
1 medium lemon -- juice of
1 teaspoon salt to taste
---FOR THE MASALA---
3 medium red chiles
4 pieces ginger
3 pieces flakes -- (6 g.) garlic
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 whole cloves
4 piece cinnamon
1 medium Onion -- chopped and fried
1 tablespoons vinegar
 

Preparation:

GRIND all the ingredients for the masala with vinegar to a fine paste. Marinate the tiger prawns with lime juice, salt and the ground red masala. Heat oil and shallow fry the marinated prawns until done, dry and well browned. Serve the prawns with onion salad.
