Sheermal (Saffron Bread)

Ingredients:

1 3/4 cups Flour
3 tablespoons Milk
1/2 cup Clarified butter
1 dash Saffron
 

Preparation:

Mix flour, saffron and milk to make dough. Add clarified butter and knead well. Roll out and shape into small rounds. Grill over charcoal fire.
