Preparation:
Grind together cumin, turmeric, garlic and chili powder to find paste. Heat oil and fry onion until golden brown. Add ground paste and fry with onion for 1 minute. Add bean sprouts and salt and mix with spices and stir fry 2-3 minutes. Add lime juice. Cover and cook on low heat for another 2-3 minuts. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot. |
