Chive Butter

Ingredients:

1/2 cup unsalted butter -- softened
1 teaspoon dried chives or 1 tablespoon fresh chives -- chopped
 

Preparation:

1. Mix together butter and chives. Place in a small serving size crock or roll in wax paper into a log shape. 2. Use on noodles, crackers, chicken white fish corn or potatoes.
