Shrimp With Chili Sauce

Ingredients:

1/2 pound shrimp -- shelled and deveined
1 medium Onion -- sliced thinly
3 tablespoons chili sauce
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons oil
 

Preparation:

1. Prepare shrimp and onion. 2. Heat oil in wok to smoking point. Stir fry shrimp and onions in it for about 2 minutes. Add salt and chili sauce. Stir everything together and cook about 2-3 minutes longer. NOTE: Shrimp do not require a great deal of cooking time, so do not overcook as they will have a tendency to become "tougher" in texture.
