Goreng Nasi Egg

Ingredients:

2 cups boiled rice
1 large egg
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 slices onions
1 teaspoon oil
 

Preparation:

Fry the onion and the egg in a wok until light brown. Add the boiled rice and soy sauce. Stir well until piping hot. Remove onto a plate and serve hot.
