Chinese Vegetables With Oyster Sauce

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds book choy -- (white)
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon oil
1 dash salt
 

Preparation:

Wash the vegetable under running water with a dash of salt. Separate the stalk from the leaves. Heat the oil in a wok and add in the stalk of the vegetables as these take long to cook. Then stir in the leaves. Add the oyster sauce and add a dash of salt. Stir well and serve hot.
