Preparation:
Slow Cooker Directions: In large skillet, brown ground beef with onion; drain fat. Pour browned meat and onion into crock-pot. Add tomato sauce, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, ketchup, garlic, sugar, oregano, chili powder and salt. Set crock-pot on low for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until cream cheese has melted and is thoroughly blended. Stir, taste and adjust seasonings if desired. Serve with cubed French bread or tortilla chips.
