Vodka Fettucine

Ingredients:

1 cup heavy cream
1 pound spinach fettucini -- cooked as directed
1 medium onion -- chopped
4 tablespoons butter
16 ounces tomato -- drained
8 ounces tomato sauce
2/3 cup vodka
1/4 pound prosciutto -- (or ham), diced
1 cup frozen green peas -- thawed
1 Cup parmesan cheese -- to taste
1 Cup locatelli cheese -- grated, to taste
 

Preparation:

Cook pasta. Meanwhile, over med. heat, cook onion in hot butter until tender, about 5 minutes. Blend in cream--heat just to boiling. Add remaining ingredients and heat through. Toss with the hot, drained pasta. Serve with the cheese sprinkled over.
