Spaghetti With Garlic And Oil - 2

Ingredients:

1/2 cup white wine
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
16 ounces spaghetti- cooked
1/4 stick butter
3 tablespoons garlic
1 Cup grated cheese for serving
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
 

Preparation:

Melt the butter in olive oil. Add garlic and sauté‚for 5 min on low. Add wine and simmer for 5 minutes Toss with pasta and garnish with parsley. Serve hot with grated cheese on the side. Serve with crusty bread and salad.
