Shrimp Stock

Ingredients:

2 quarts water
1 medium onion
1 cloves garlic
1 medium celery
2 pounds shrimp shells
 

Preparation:

Combine ingredients in a stockpot, over a medium flame bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 4-8 hours add water as necessary to maintain 1 quart liquid strain, cool, and chill until needed makes 1 quart
