Oriental Relish Salad

Ingredients:

8 1/2 ounces water chestnuts -- drained and sliced
8 ounces crushed pineapple in natural juice -- drained
1 cup diagonally sliced celery
1 cup diagonally sliced carrots
1/2 cup wish-bone sweet n spicy french dressing
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
 

Preparation:

In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Spoon into 1-quart jar; secure lid tightly and chill, turning jar occasionally, 4 hours or overnight. Makes about 4 cups relish.
