Seafood Bake

Ingredients:

1 pound crab meat
1 pound cooked shrimp -- deveined
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup low-fat sour cream
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons margarine -- melted
 

Preparation:

Mix first 10 ingredients together. Put into a 3 quart casserole. Mix crumbs with melted butter. Spread over top. Bake uncovered in 350F oven for about 30 minutes. Serve over rice or in patty shells.
