Luscious Lamb Burgers

Ingredients:

1 pound ground lamb
2 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
1 1/4 teaspoons fresh oregano -- minced
3/4 teaspoon fresh thyme -- minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic --- finely minced
 

Preparation:

Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 4 inches above the heat source. On a gas grill, set the heat to high. Combine the meat with the remaining ingredients. Shape into 4 patties. Grill the burgers, turning once, according to the following guidelines: 6 minutes for rare, 8 minutes for medium, or 10 minutes for well done. NOTES : Prep: 10 min, Cook: 5 min.
