Hot Artichoke Seafood Salad

Ingredients:

14 ounces artichoke hearts -- drained and finely
2 cups mayonnaise
2 cups freshly grated parmesan -- cheese
1 1/2 cups fresh crab meat -- drained
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup toasted almonds
1 package assorted crackers
 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350F Liberally grease a 1 1/2 quart glass baking dish. Combine artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, cheese, crab meat, and Tabasco sauce. Mix well and spoon into the baking dish. Top with almonds. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until hot. Serve on crackers. F
