Skillet Paella

Ingredients:

1/2 pound shrimp -- cleaned
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups water
11 ounces green peas
1 package Frenchs spice your rice -- chicken and herb flavoring
1 1/2 cups rice
4 ounces cooked ham -- cut into thin
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
 

Preparation:

Sauté shrimp in melted butter, 2 to 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Add water, peas and seasoning mix. Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice and remaining ingredients. Cover, remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
