Northfork Crab Meat

Ingredients:

1 pound crab meat
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon tarragon wine vinegar
1 bottle cocktail sauce
2 medium lemon wedges
 

Preparation:

Heat Butter over low heat. Sauté crab meat, stirring for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with vinegar. Top with parsley and a little garlic powder. Serve with cocktail sauce and lemon wedges. Can be made with shrimps.
