Preparation:
Mince garlic to equal 1/2 teaspoon. Preheat oven to 500F Soak scallops in mixture of buttermilk and garlic.
Spray baking sheet with nonstick vegetable spray. Drain scallops, roll in bread crumbs, place on baking sheet.
Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until opaque throughout. Sprinkle with parsley. |
