Hoisin-Sesame Sauce

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 clove garlic -- minced
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon Chinese 5 spice powder
 

Preparation:

Heat oil with pepper flakes in small skillet. Add ginger and garlic; sauté until softened, 1 to 2 minutes. Pour this flavored oil into a small bowl; stir in remaining ingredients. Serve warm or at room temperature.
