Trout Amandine

Ingredients:

6 fillets trout
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
1/2 cup almonds -- chopped
 

Preparation:

Dip trout in milk. Season with salt and pepper, roll in flour. Cook trout in butter until evenly browned on both sides. Remove fish and sauté shopped almonds in drippings. Sprinkle over fish.
