Salmon Croquettes - 3

Ingredients:

2 cups flaked -- cooked salmon
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 1/2 teaspoons anchovy paste
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 large egg -- beaten
1 tablespoon parsley -- minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
 

Preparation:

Combine the ingredients. Mix well. Chill and the shape croquettes. Bread and allow to dry for at least one hour. Deep fry 2 to 4 minutes, drain and allow to dry on a paper towel.
