Mustard Horseradish Butter For Fish

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
5 tablespoons butter -- room temperature
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
 

Preparation:

Blend all ingredients together, scrape into a serving bowl. Serve at room temperature for dolloping over fish.
