Marinade For Bbq

Ingredients:

2/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup dry sherry
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 piece ginger -- to taste
1 tablespoon honey
6 medium chicken thighs skinless
 

Preparation:

Remove skin from thighs of chicken and marinate in sauce for 1-2 hours, then Bbq for half an hour on low heat to prevent flame up, do not char. Enough fat will cook out of the meat to give a nice BBQ flavor.
