Black Bean Hummus

Ingredients:

16 ounces black beans
1 tablespoon tahini
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium lime juiced
2 clove garlic -- sliced
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
 

Preparation:

In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and process till smooth. Cover and refrigerate till ready to use. Bring to room temperature before serving.
