Creole Seafood Seasoning

Ingredients:

1/3 cup salt
1/3 cup paprika
1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 cup garlic powder
3 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons oregano
2 tablespoons thyme
 

Preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. 2. Pour into large glass jar and seal tightly. Keeps indefinitely. NOTE: If black pepper is not to your taste, reduce amount to half.
