Quick Rice Dosa (Kappa Ort)

Ingredients:

1 cup raw rice
1/2 medium coconut -- grated
1 Cup cooked rice
1 teaspoon salt -- to taste
1 tablespoons oil -- for frying
 

Preparation:

Wash the raw rice and grind it with grated coconut and cooked rice to a fine paste. The batter should be fairly thick. Add salt to taste. Keep the teapot tava on the fire and rub it with a little oil. Pour a ladleful of batter, cover it with a lid and cook until done. Serves 4 - 6.
