Preparation:
Boil the potatoes with 2 cups of water. Do not keep in water for a longer time. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
In a pan, heat oil and season with mustard seed and gram flour. Add potatoes, chile, turmeric, dhania-jeera, salt, kokum, jaggery and 2 cups of water. Simmer for 3-5 min. Garnish with grated coconut and serve. |
