Preparation:
Spicy mixed Vegetables.
Preparation time: 30 minutes Cooking time: 20 minutes
1. Deep fry the paneer lightly in oil. Place in warm water.
2. Heat the ghee and fry the paste for at least 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Add the tomatoes and fry again for 3 to 4 minutes.
4. Add the vegetables, paneer, cream, sugar, salt and 1 cup of water and cook for 10 minutes. Serve hot. |
