Mango Pudding, Non-Dairy

Ingredients:

1 medium ripe mango
1 medium orange, juice of
1 medium lime, juice of
5 ounces soft or firm low-fat tofu -- (1% fat)
3 tablespoons sugar
 

Preparation:

Toss in a blender and puree. Pour into serving bowls and chill one hour.
