Ellu Chaadam (Sesame Rice)

Ingredients:

2 cups rice
5 medium red chiles
1/2 cup white sesame seeds
1 tablespoon cashew nuts -- deep fried
4 tablespoons ghee
1 teaspoon salt -- to taste
 

Preparation:

Cook rice until just done. Spread on a flat dish. Add salt and allow to cool. Roast sesame seeds and red chiles until brown and pound coarsely. Add to rice along with cashew nuts, oil and ghee. Mix well and serve.
