Curried Chicken - 2

Ingredients:

4 medium chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
2 cups bell pepper -- chopped or slice
2 cups red pepper -- chopped or sliced
2 medium green onions -- sliced
2 teaspoons curry -- more-less, to taste
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
4 medium red apple -- cored-sliced
1 cup water
 

Preparation:

Place in covered baking dish all of the ingredients. Cover tightly and cook in preheated oven at 350F for 35 to 45 minutes.
