Blueberry Lassi

Serves: 2 1/2 cups
 

Ingredients:

2 cups blueberries
1 cup plain yogurt
6 tablespoons superfine sugar
1 bunch ice cubes
 

Preparation:

Puree the blueberries, yogurt, and sugar in a blender or food processor. Pass through a sieve to separate the liquid from the skins. Chill. To serve, put a couple of ice cubes into a tall glass and pour the Lassi over them. Comments: Lassi is a cooling yogurt drink served in India and the tropics.
