Aloo Chana Chaat - 2

Ingredients:

3 medium boiled potatoes -- peeled and diced
1 can chick peas -- drained
1/2 teaspoon red chile powder
1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1 teaspoon chaat masala
2 medium green chiles -- (deseeded), finely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
1 small onion -- finely chopped
1 medium tomato -- (deseeded), chopped
1 medium lemons -- juice of, up to 1
1 teaspoon salt -- to taste
 

Preparation:

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix well. Taste and adjust the chile powder, salt and lemon juice to get a tangy and spicy taste. Serve in individual bowls. This can be served as a starter to a main meal or even as a salad in a Mughlai meal.
