Pork Satay - 2

Ingredients:

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 medium red pepper
1 clove garlic
1 pound pork loin -- cubed
 

Preparation:

Blend peanut butter with brown sugar, lemon juice, red pepper and garlic. Add pork cubes; toss them good and put in cold overnight. Put pork cubes on skewers. Broil or grill for 15 to 25 minutes or well done.
