Lomi Lomi Salmon 2

Ingredients:

1/4 pound smoked salmon
1/2 medium onion -- thinly sliced
2 bunches green onions -- chopped
2 medium tomatoes -- cubed
6 pieces ice cubes
 

Preparation:

Shred salmon with fingers. Place in bowl. Add onions and tomatoes. Press or mash slightly with fingers. Put ice cubes on top. Refrigerate. Serve in small side dishes with some of liquid.
